If you're looking for entertainment news that isn't filtered by celebrity, read this article instead. This article contains everything you need.
Erica Jayne faces a lawsuit worth $2.1million for alleged embezzlement
Erika Jayne was named in a lawsuit alleging she helped her husband embezzle $2.1 million from her law office. Jayne and Girardi, who are ex-spouses, were previously co-counsels for Lisa Bajgrowicz's lawsuit against the NFL for the death of her son.
Erika Jayne was spotted at Trader Joe's New York City wearing a black sweatshirt, leggings and a messy knot. In an interview with ABC News she said she was keeping her private life secret and that she had defended her appearance. But she was still wearing a black sunglasses and a face mask. The suit also listed her husband's company, EJ Global, LLC.

Jennifer Aniston accused for stealing $2 million
After a former actress on Friends was accused of stealing more than $2,000,000, a British citizen was arrested. Marianne Smyth was caught posing as Jennifer Aniston and raked millions of pounds. Matthew Perry and Rachel Green were among the victims. Johnathan Walton, another victim spent years investigating Smyth’s history and other cons. Ultimately, he helped police catch Smyth and got her jailed for five years.
The celebrity swindler was caught after stealing the credit card information of several celebrities. Chez Gabriela Studio owner is accused in defrauding more than $2,000,000 from celebrities. Maria Gabriella Perez was alleged to have made more than $280,000 worth of bogus charges in less than a year. Jennifer Aniston was alerted to the charges by her credit card statement. This is a troubling case for the actress, as it puts her reputation at stake.
Tom Brady acquitted in murder case
Tom Brady has seen so many things as a New England Patriots teammate. He isn't exempt from controversy. The NFL recently suspended Hernandez's former tight end Aaron Hernandez, who was accused of first-degree murder. Hernandez is accused of murdering Odin Lloyd a semi-professional player and close friend. This case has cast a shadow over training camp, affecting all players and their ability to focus on football. Bill Belichick however has spoken out.

Tom Brady is still fighting NFL sanction in federal court. However, this case is unlikely to change. It's possible that the NFL has a terrible record of player discipline and poor investigative work in Deflategate. The NFL's shoddy investigation into deflategate may have played a role in Brady's suspension. Brady has a long history with ritual mutilations that included goats, cattle, and other animals. The NFL's record-breaking suspension of Brady is not surprising, considering that the NFL and the NFLPA are notorious for their own scandals.

How to get a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame
The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce founded the Hollywood Walk of Fame, HWOF (Hollywood Walk of Fame) in 1960. The HWOF is located in Los Angeles at 6233 Hollywood Boulevard. It is composed of 2,711 stars embedded into sidewalks along Hollywood Boulevard. Each star represents someone who made motion pictures, television or radio, as well as music and other aspects of popular culture. There are currently 1,922 active individuals on the HWOF.
You must first submit your name and address to the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce to become a member of HWOF. The Hollywood Department of Cultural Affairs then submits your information to the City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs. Once approved, a certificate will be sent to you stating that you are eligible. This includes your name as well as date of birth and the city where you live. A bronze plaque with the name of your choice is included. This plaque is attached directly to the concrete base, in front of designated stars.
If a member of the HWOF has nominated you, or if your contributions are significant to films, television, radio or theatre, or any other part of popular culture, you can apply for a Star. A committee evaluates all nominations and then decides whether to approve them. If they do, they send a letter to the applicant's home address explaining their decision. The second letter is sent to the applicant confirming acceptance of the nomination if the person accepts it. The Hollywood Chamber of commerce charges $25, and then the money is sent to the Department of Cultural Affairs of the City of Los Angles.
The department issues the Hollywood Chamber of commerce a check, payable to it. The check is sent to the Hollywood Walk of Fame Foundation. The foundation pays the applicant or organization. The artist or organization then pays the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce half the fee ($12.50). The City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs receives the remaining half.
After the artist has been awarded his/her star, they are eligible to join the HWOF. To be listed on the HWOF, you must pay the remaining balance owed to the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. The amount due depends upon how many years ago your first nomination was. If you were first honoured in 1990, then you would owe $15,000. You would be responsible for $10,000 if you had been nominated previously in 1980.
If you want to remove yourself from the HWOF, you need to contact the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and pay off the remainder of your debt. They will remove the name of your from the list.
How old does one have to get a star on the HWOF?
One needs to be at least 18 years old when being nominated. A person must be present at the time of receiving a star. One can still be nominated after receiving a star after ten years.
What happens if I die before my star gets put up?
Family members may nominate you to be a star. If there are no known living relatives, the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce will place the memorial marker in front of it.
Why not just have stars on every street?
The HWOF was not created to be a historical landmark. It is intended to honor all those who have made film history possible.
What happened with the stars that were stolen? Around 1,200 stars were taken by the thieves. Each star is between 250-300 lbs. If you add all of the weight together, it comes to approximately 4 tons of stars!
